    This program, offered in collaboration with TAFE SA, emphasises management of agricultural and associated technological and service enterprises, analysis of performance of such businesses using performance indicators, understanding the consumer perspective in local and international marketing and leadership in agri-industries. Communication and information technology skills will also be emphasised. The program will provide a balance of business management and industry production knowledge adjusted to the background experience of individual students.

  • Career Opportunities

    Farm management allows you to combines an active outdoor lifestyle with your organisational, planning and management skills. This career involves the actual work of growing crops or producing livestock in addition to any associated office and administrative duties. Farm managers are usually responsible for the overseeing a whole enterprise, or specific sections such as a piggery or cropping program, but duties are typically extensive and varied. The other main employing industries are Aquaculture, Forestry and Fishing.
