Biography/ Background

Arrived in Australia in 1972 to teach high school. After having time off to look after two children, I began work for the University of South Australia as an editor in the Distance Education Centre, now the Learning Unit. In 2004 I began work with the University of Adelaide as a project officer managing teaching awards and grants. This led to the establishment of the Teaching Awards and Grants Office as part of the Centre for Learning & Professional Development.

Qualifications

BA Texas A&M University
Majored in English and history; minor qualifications in science
