Biography/ Background

Chelsea Liu is a Lecturer at the University of Adelaide Business School. Her research interests are in the areas of corporate governance, corporate litigation, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate social responsibility. Chelsea currently serves on the Alumni Council of the University of Adelaide.
