Mr David Mosler
Biography/ Background
Dr David Mosler was born in the United States in 1941 and educated at Stanford University where he gained a BA and PhD in History. He emigrated to Australia in 1971 and has taught American, European and British history in Australian universities. Currently he is a Visiting Research Fellow in the School of History and Politics at the University of Adelaide. His publications include four books and articles published in British and Australian journals on American and Australian history and politics. His most recent books explore the nature of Australian nationality in "Australia, the Recreational Society"
(Praeger, 2002) and "US policy in The American Challenge: the World Resists US Liberalism" (Ashgate,2008).
He has dual American and Australian citizenship, three grown children and resides in Adelaide with his wife.
