Biography/ Background

Jared is the Manager of the Postgraduate Student Centre at the Faculty of the Professions. He is responsible for information provision, operation and staff management of the Centre.

Jared has an established track record in the Higher Education industry, having operated in various roles across three Australian universities. He commenced his career in the industry with the University of Wollongong at the Academic Registrar Division. This was followed swiftly with a move down south to the University of South Australia as a Student Service Advisor.

Jared was then appointed to manage an accreditation project at the Faculty of Health Sciences. Upon completion of the project, he moved into the role of Coordinator of transnational programs at the School of Computer and Information Science.

In mid 2005, Jared assumed a project role at The University of Adelaide with the Faculty of the Professions. This was a major accreditation project for the Business Schools.

Jared draws on a wealth of skill and knowledge in student administration, project management, strategic and operation management, and issues pertaining to internationalisation of higher education.
