Biography/ Background

Karen joined the School of Nursing in 2011 in the newly created position of Clinical Placement and Admissions Coordinator.

Karen brings a broad range of skills and administrative experience from a range of University environments, having held positions in various science and health departments at Adelaide, Flinders and the Australian National University. Karen also has experience working in the private sector and has run her own small business.

Karen is currently completing a Bachelor of Marketing and Communication part-time, intended to broaden and strengthen her existing administrative qualifications. Through other life adventures, Karen has also gained qualifications in Fashion Design and Early Childhood Studies.
