Biography/ Background

Michael worked professionally as a computing consultant before joining academia. He leads the Information Systems teaching team and focuses on how information systems are developed within organisations, particularly the relationships between users and computing professionals. His current research interest is electronic commerce and how Australian companies can use it to interact more effectively with other organisations
