Biography/ Background

Michael was a senior lecturer at the University of South Australia for 17 years until 1998. In addition to teaching at the University of Adelaide Michael also undertakes consulting work in the area of professional development. He is a major author for CPA Australia's professional CPA program and a consultant to Edwards Marshall in the area of accounting standards and financial reporting.

Teaching Interests

Financial accounting is the main area of teaching interest including first year accounting, financial reporting and corporate accounting.
