Biography/ Background

Peter has extensive experience in publication and web design within higher education. Prior to this he worked in the library sector in publicity and promotions, reference services, and cataloguing.

Located in the Learning and Quality Support Unit, Peter is responsible for the development and maintenance of the web site for the portfolio of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience). He is also responsible for the layout and design of print and digital publications for the area. This includes liaision with Information Technology Services and the Marketing and Strategic Communications Office within the University.

Peter also provides publication and web support to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-President (Academic) as well as assistance to the wider DVC&VP(A) Division with advice on publication design and web site development strategies for a wide range of projects.

Peter has presented sessions for the University community on preparing good looking publications and, previously, consulted on external projects including the licensing of the Bachelor of Dentistry program for use in the Middle East.
