Research Interests

My research interest is microbial ecology in the rhizosphere and during plant residue and soil organic matter decomposition and how microbial biomass, community structure and activity are related to nutrient release.

My current research topics include microbial ecology and soil organic matter in salt-affected soils and understanding how legumes increase the growth and P uptake of the following wheat.
