Ms Rosemarie Fonseka
To link to this page, please use the following URL: Biography/ BackgroundRosemarie Priyanthi Fonseka is a Lecturer in the University of Adelaide Business School (Faculty of the Professions). She is the Lecturer-in-Charge of a postgraduate course in Business Communications. She has taught English for Academic Purposes (EAP) to international students for almost 20 years at universities in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and England. She has also worked as a curriculum and assessment writer and TEFL manager. She established an Academic Language and Learning Unit at the College of Business at Massey University, New Zealand and provided academic support to Business and Economics students and Law students at Monash University, Australia. QualificationsMA in Applied Linguistics (awarded with Distinction) 2007 Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand Postgraduate Diploma in TESOL 2003 Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand BBS in Communication Management 1995 Massey University, New Zealand Teaching InterestsRosemarie is the Lecturer-in-Charge of Business Communications. This course brings together her experience in teaching Business Communication, English for Academic Purposes and Academic Literacy.
