Research Interests

Nutritional interventions to manipulate various aspects of physiology, such as reproduction, immunity and production performance.

Diet selection and palatability of fodder for dairy cows and horses:

Investigating the physical and chemical (both nutritive and volatile) factors that influence the short-term preference of feedstuffs.
Identifying the keys drivers of diet selection and investigating potential manipulations and/or applications.
