Professor Richard Sweet discusses school retention rates in Australia as part of the EDS Don Dunstan Foundation Breakfast Series
Professor Sweet discussed the long term implications of high drop out rates, and a range of policy solutions to address the challenge of retaining as many young people in secondary school education. Professor Sweet drew on his experience working with the OECD and research he has undertaken in a number of Nordic countries around the issue of school retention.

We are very pleased to announce that Ms Kate Putland is the winner of the Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package for one night for two people to be used Sunday to Thursday 1 January 2005 to 30 June 2005 valued at $ 500.
As a result of the generosity of Thorn Park Country House and the people who sold and purchased tickets, we were able to raise $550 dollars towards the Smith Family Scholarship, so we are just thrilled.
