Team Building

Building an effective team is critical to creating a successful venture. A good team contains members with skills in a variety of areas. For example: a successful start-up might be founded by four diverse individuals - a salesperson, a lawyer, a technologist, and a business manager. While there is no perfect size for a team, usually teams have two or more members and include people with skills in both technology and business.

Teams may change over the course of the competition. Sometimes teams split up and at other times new members come on board to fill a role.
