This presents a new business opportunity to sell video equipment and services to general and specialist medical practices, governments, and remote mining/energy companies. The Video Phone Health Services Team will create an innovative service called Virtual Private Doctor (VPDoc™). This is a stress free, cost-effective, virtual practice, enabling doctors to work from anywhere over a secure video network. This allows rural patients to access urgently needed specialist care without traveling to the city. The Video Phone Health Services team consists of highly qualified medical practitioners, telecommunications, finance and marketing experts who understand the opportunity at hand. The technical infrastructure is operational today. We envisage initial uptake of our service in rural South Australia, followed by National expansion. |
