Hoai is studying English for 15 weeks in the Pre-Enrolment English Program (PEP).

Once she has completed the PEP course Hoai will go on to study a Master of Finance at The University of Adelaide.

“Teachers always provided new course materials. Teachers advise students how to study independently”.

“Before I came here I didn’t know how to write, the writing culture is so different in Vietnam”. Hoai has been pleased at how her writing skills have developed.

“I improved very quickly. We have a reflective journal and I can see how much I have improved and what I need to keep working on. I’ve learnt how to write in a logical structure and make simple sentences”.

Similarly Hoai has been impressed with living in the city of Adelaide.

“The thing I like most is the environment.  I really like the blue sky and the beach.”  Hoai has found Adelaide to be a friendly city to live in.
