Elder Hall Lunchtimes
SEASON 2

31 July – 13 November, every Friday
at 1:10pm

Since their beginning, over 15 years ago, Elder Hall lunchtimes, has become one of Adelaide’s most highly regarded and much loved series of concerts.

Each Friday of the university semester, Elder Hall on North Terrace presents a concert between 1.10 - 2pm. A wonderfully rich mix of music is performed from Baroque to Jazz with everything in between featuring vocal, instrumental, chamber and symphonic music.

The series is a great showcase for students and staff from the Elder Conservatorium of Music as well as local, national and international musicians of the highest calibre. Graduates who now perform in orchestras worldwide or who have solo careers, enjoy returning to perform in the rich and resonant acoustic of historic Elder Hall.

The popular lunch hour time-slot also gives people a chance to take a special break during a busy working day, or meet a friend to share in the wonderful music making. Admission prices have been kept to a minimum (just $7) to ensure all can enjoy these concerts that have become a real Friday tradition in Adelaide.
