The Environment Institute and Marine Innovation SA (MISA) presented Dr Tony Smith from the CSIRO on Tuesday 16th October 2012.

"Modelling to support multiple use management: a comparison of approaches"

Dr Tony Smith AM leads the Ecosystem Based Management (EBM) Research Stream in the CSIRO Wealth from Oceans Flagship. He is based at the Hobart laboratories of CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research at Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Dr Smith has been a research scientist at CSIRO since 1989. Before that he completed research assignments with the Department of Zoology and Entomology at the University of Adelaide and with the Centre for Environmental Technology, Imperial College, London.
