Multi-Disciplinary Analysis
It is now recognised that natural resource management actions need to occur at the landscape scale for effective solutions to emerging problems such as soil erosion, loss of soil structure, water quality, reduced crop production and loss of biodiversity.
Landscape futures science is developing tools for integrated solutions to manage natural resources, incorporating multi-disciplinary inputs in complex analyses to clarify management choices for the best combination of outcomes.
