SA/NT Institutional Biosafety Committee Network
The SA Institutional Biosafety Committee Network was established in 2004 with an aim to streamline and standardise the processes between accredited institutions dealing with GMOs in South Australia, to provide an information conduit to the OGTR and between the IBCs and to coordinate training/information sessions. The Darwin Region IBC, representing the accredited organisations in the NT, joined the SA IBC Network in 2005. Several of the IBCs also act on behalf of accredited organisations in addition to their own organisation.
