The University's OH&S web site has some very useful resources for investigators:

    contains some very useful forms, templates and checklists for matters such as Risk Assessment, Safe Operating Procedures, Training Needs Analysis, Animal Handling
  • OH&S Hazard Information
    contains a range of hazard information sheets including Chemicals, Hot/cold rooms, Human body fluids, Sharps handling, Work with animals (zoonoses)
  • OH&S Policies
    contains Laboratory Conduct Procedures
