Collaborative quarantine management structure at the Waite Precinct

The University of Adelaide, SARDI and AGRF Ltd have agreed to implement a unified management system for quarantine activity at the Waite Precinct with the aim to:

1. provide a cost effective, co-ordinated, shared infrastructure;
2. enhance confidence in the execution of duty of care;
3. promote understanding and dialogue between all organisations on quarantine issues;
4. facilitate access and activity across and between organisations;
5. maintain the administrative and monitoring arrangements offered by AQIS

The Research Officer Quarantine oversees the operational needs of the quarantine management structure and provides leadership and guidance on quarantine matters to the research community and acts as the day to day contact for all quarantine matters at the Waite Precinct.
