Q: How do I get my academic transcript?Answer:For students whose enrolment commenced during or after 1985, Academic transcripts are available immediately on production of photo ID, accompanied by the appropriate fee. If you are unable to come into the Student Centre in person, or if you were first enrolled before 1985 you must lodge a Request for Academic Transcript form accompanied by the appropriate fee. This application form is available from the Student Centre or on the website. Once the transcript is ready, it can be collected or posted. The charge for all transcripts is as follows: One (1) Official Transcript - $10.00 Additional copies ordered at the same time if ordering 4 transcripts - $2.00 Your transcript will contain a complete record of all academic study undertaken at the University of Adelaide, South Australian College of Advanced Education (Kintore Avenue) and Roseworthy Agricultural College. Academic transcripts may only be collected by someone else on production of a signed letter of permission from the student concerned naming the person to collect the transcript. If you have any outstanding debts to the University, you will need to sort this out before the Student Centre can print the transcript for you. Any amounts owing put a Negative Service Indicator on your account and this means there is a lock on the system so that we are unable to provide transcripts and other services to you.
