Q: I've forgotten my password and I can't log in to Access Adelaide.

Answer:

If you don't remember your password, call into the Student Centre and bring your Student Card with you. The staff will be able to issue you with a new password on the spot. Students who cannot attend the Student Centre in person must complete and sign the Request to Reset a Password form and attach a photocopy of some form of photographic identification and fax to the Student Centre on +61 8 8303 4401.

The password will be reset and faxed or mailed to you.

A copy of the Request to Reset a Password form can be obtained from the website: http://www.adelaide.edu.au/its/accounts/password/
