Q: How do I advise of a change to my residency details?

Answer:

To change your residency details, you must provide the University with your original citizenship certificate if you are changing to a citizen, or your original permanent residency visa if you are changing to a permanent resident.

You can come in person to the Student Centre (Level 4, Wills Building) with your paperwork and complete a Change of Residency Form. The Student Centre staff will then make a copy of your paperwork to attach to the form.

If you are unable to come in to the Student Centre in person, you can post your Change of Residency form (see below to download) and certified copies* of your paperwork to:

*Please note that certified copies must be copies which a Justice of the Peace (JP) has stamped and certified as being from the original copy.
