Q: What is Staff Services Online (SSO)?
SSO is the facility providing online access to apply for leave, manage leave, and update banking and personal information for all University staff. If you are a Manager* at the University you will have online access to approve leave for the staff that report to you as well as have online access to information regarding staff within your reporting line.
*You are a manager for SSO if you are responsible for approving leave
