Q: How can I manage the emails I receive from Staff Services Online (SSO)?
SSO automatically routes leave activities (e.g. leave submissions, leave approvals) and other HR-related transactions (e.g. assigning a proxy to manage your leave responsibilities when absent) via system workflow. This workflow generates notification emails which in turn have links to SSO for action.
Set up an Outlook email rule to manage emails from SSO in the following way:
To manage email rules in Outlook choose Tools > Rules and Alerts...
