Q: Does Staff Services Online (SSO) recognise public holidays and process these accordingly?Answer:Yes. Public holidays will not be deducted from your leave entitlement. If you submit an annual leave request which includes a public holiday, the system will not deduct your annual leave balance for the public holiday (deductions are only made after your manager has approved the leave request).
