Q: If I update my banking details in Staff Services Online (SSO) (eg change in account) when does the system update the changes?

Answer:

Any changes to bank account, pay distribution or personal information are updated in the system immediately, once you have selected 'save' changes. This will however need to be submitted 1 week prior to pay day for your pay to be distributed as per your new request. If it is submitted closer to the pay date, it will take effect the following pay
