Q: Our School/Branch Authoriser on Hit the Ground Running (HTGR) is incorrect, what should we do?Answer:Contact your Faculty/Divisional Finance Manager (FFM) to notify them of the change. FFM can then send an email to the HR Service Centre, requesting the change. Alternatively the Head of School/Branch can email the HR Service Centre, requesting the change This change can take anywhere up to 2 weeks to finalise.
