Q: How can I cash out my LSL?

Answer:

In order to request payment in lieu of Long Service Leave a "Cashing Out of long Service Leave Application Form" needs to be completed and forwarded to Human Resources .

The form can be found on the hr website: http://www.adelaide.edu.au/hr/policies/formsatoz/#C
