Q: What is the process for purchasing leave?

Answer:

A completed and authorised Voluntary Flexible Work Arrangment Application Form: Purchased Leave, should be forwarded to HR. This arrangement will provide you with additional leave within a 12 month period in return for a pro-rata reduction in your salary. Your salary will be averaged over the eyar (52 weeks) to allow you to be paid during the extra 4 weeks leave. A 48/52 arrangement will result in a reduction in salary in return for an additional 4 weeks leave.
