Q: What happens if I don't take all my leave at the end of contract?Answer:Any untaken annual leave is paid out in the last pay of your employment. If you're eligible for Long Service Leave the untaken balance will also be paid out on termination. Personal leave balances are not paid out. Your department may request that you take your annual leave prior to the end of your contract. This record last updated Tuesday, 1 May 2012 by Sasha MacGillivray
