Q: I don't know my password. How can I get it?

Answer:

If, for whatever reason you do not have, or do not know your password to access your student email, MyUni, Access Adelaide or to log on to student computers, you will need to contact the Student Centre.

All students have been allocated an 9-character password. If you are a new student, your password appears at the bottom of the letter from the Vice Chancellor that was included in your enrolment pack.

If you need to obtain your password, please visit the Student Centre with photo identification. We can not give out passwords over the telephone or via email for security reasons.

Students who cannot attend the Student Centre in person must complete and sign the Request to Reset a Password form and attach a photocopy of some form of photographic identification and fax to the Student Centre on +61 8 8303 4401.

The password will be reset and faxed or mailed to you.

A copy of the Request to Reset a Password form can be obtained from the website: http://www.adelaide.edu.au/its/accounts/password/
