Inaugural Conference
of the
Federation of Associations of Teachers of French in Australia
(FATFA)

Theme: "Explorations et Rencontres"

The Federation of Associations of Teachers of French in Australia (FATFA) will be holding its inaugural national conference for teachers of French in 2006.
It is designed for teachers of French at all levels, from junior school through to tertiary.

 The theme for the conference is: "Explorations et Rencontres".

The event opens with a Cocktail Reception at the Hilton Hotel at 6.30pm on Friday 7 July.  The conference proper begins at the North Terrace campus of the University of Adelaide at 9.15am on Saturday 8 July and continues through to 5 pm on Sunday 9 July 2006.  The conference dinner will be held at the National Wine Centre on North Terrace on Saturday 8 July, commencing at 7 pm.

Conference of the Australian Society for French Studies
(July 10-13, Theme: "Utopias and Dystopias")
and the 15th George Rudé Seminar in French History & Civilisation
(July 12-15, Theme:  "French Identities").
