Changes to DFAT Travel Warning Levels

Staff travelling overseas should note the recent changes to the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT) travel warnings.  There are now 4 levels instead of 5.  For staff obtaining approval to travel to high risk destinations, the written warnings remain the same but the levels have changed – Reconsider your need to travel is now level 3 (previously 4) and Do not travel is now level 4 (previously 5).
