T&E Online Support
A key requirement in assisting Faculty / Divisions utilise T&E Online is having an effective support structure in place. This T&E Online support structure is multi faceted and includes:
- Faculty / Divisional Focal Point Administrators
- Corporate Credit Card and Travel Services Support Team
- Web based information
Information can be found on the Financial Services website, including access to the systems, policies and procedures, downloadable forms, frequently asked questions (FAQ's) and quick reference guides. Should you wish to refresh your training at any point, you can also access the T&E Knowledge Library which is an on-line training tool.
In addition to the website each Faculty / Division has nominated Focal Point Administrators that are intended to be the initial local point of contact should you need any assistance with T&E Online. Focal Point Administrators have been trained in all aspects of T&E Online and will play a key role in answering your queries about the system should you require support locally.
To support staff in their use of the new T&E Online systems beyond this local support, a Corporate Credit Card and Travel Services Support Team is available.
The Support Team comprises of Jenny & Nita who have an excellent understanding of how T&E Online can be used to best support the University's travel and entertainment requirements.
