Booking Accommodation Online (Domestic)

Accommodation for domestic travel can be booked online through the Online Travel Booking System (Amadeus). Arrangements have been established in the booking system to enable University travellers to access discounted rates across a wide range of hotel chains in capital cities and other major centres and to confirm room availability at the time of booking.

Booking Accommodation Overseas (International)

For advice and booking international accommodation, please contact one of the University's preferred travel management companies.

Other Negotiated Rates

Negotiations on behalf of the University have resulted in the release of special accommodation rates for University staff in a selection of interstate and overseas hotels. These rates are less than any available through other means. To access these rates staff MUST book direct with the hotel using the Hotel Credit Card Authority Form.
