University Preferred Travel Consultants

Domestic Travel

All domestic travel must be booked online through the Online Travel Booking System (Amadeus) or directly with one of the University's preferred Travel Consultants.  

Changes to Domestic Travel booked through the Online Travel Booking System including airfares, accomodation and hire cars must be directed to:

QBT is the travel manager to fulfil the ticketing of the Amadeus Online Travel Booking Tool, whilst providing dedicated service for booking changes and cancellations.  QBT will also accept large group travel bookings. 

If at any time the Amadeus Online tool is not available, QBT will also provide a dedicated service to the University for all bookings that are unable to be made during that time.
