Booking Rental Cars

Rental Cars for domestic travel can now be booked through the Online Travel Booking System (Amadeus).  University travellers will have access to Avis, Thrifty and Europcar discounted rates through this system.

International car rentals can be booked through the the University's preferred Travel Management Companies.

Hughes Cars

The University also has a preferred supplier contract with Hughes Cars for car and driver hire as an alternative to taxis. Their fixed rates mean a great saving for staff using campus to campus services. For other destinations their rates compare favourably to taxis. The aim is to provide staff and visitors a quality service at a reasonable cost.
