T&E Online Training
In accordance with the University's Corporate Credit Card Policy, all staff must undertake training in order to obtain a Corporate Credit Card and/or access to the Expense Management System. The training will give you the skills and knowledge to request, book and acquit expenses associated with travel and entertainment.
Training for T&E Online can be completed online or by attending classroom training sessions run by ITS.
Online Training
If you choose to complete your training online, print and sign the assessment result page to show evidence that you have completed your training.
- Online Approver Training (staff with an approval role)
- Online Traveller Training (staff with an individual credit card)
- Online Travel Arranger Training (staff who arrange travel for others)
Please note: the current version of the online training can only be accessed through Internet Explorer and is not supported by Firefox. Over the next few months, the online training will be reviewed and the system upgraded. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Face to Face Training
Training courses for T&E Online are available through ITS. The course schedule can be viewed via the ITS Online Course Booking System, however any bookings need to be organised through the Corporate Credit Card & Travel Services Support Desk.
