Important change to the Food Studies Program
Due to changes in the way the university is structuring postgraduate degree programs in the future, it has been decided not to continue to offer our Food Studies degree programs. As such, the programs are closing effective 27th November 2013 with no further admissions permitted.
We will be ‘teaching out’ the students who are currently enrolled in the program so that they complete their degree in 2014, where possible.

What is Food Studies?
The Food Studies Program at the University of Adelaide is a unique interdisciplinary program for people with a passion for food and drink and a desire to understand the history and culture of food and drink, and their relevance to contemporary customs and practices.
The Community Access Program is great opportunity for anyone to attend lectures offered by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. You don't need to be enrolled in a degree - a passion for learning is all that's required!
