a) Chair appointed by Council on the nomination of the Chancellor - Mr Stephen Young
b) Vice-Chancellor and President (ex officio) - Professor Warren Bebbington
c) Vice-President (Services and Resources) (ex officio) - Mr Paul Duldig
d) Up to three Council Members, including the Chair of the Committee, appointed by Council on the nomination of the Chancellor from either or both of the following categories:

• Members appointed under s.12(1)(b) of the University of Adelaide Act - vacant
• Graduates elected under s.12(1)(h) of the University of Adelaide Act - Dr John Radcliffe AM

e) Chair of Finance Committee (ex-officio) - Mr Ian Kowalick AM

f) Up to three external appointments who have skills in property, planning and information technology:

• Mr Peter Kennedy
• Mr Wayne Stokes
