Templates and Guidelines for Committees

When preparing a paper for Council or a Council Standing Committee, please use the templates on this page. The templates have been developed to provide a consistent format for Council and all Council Standing Committee papers. Generic templates for agendas, minutes and papers for Academic Board Sub-Committees are also provided.

Guidelines for the Preparation of Papers for all Committees have been developed to assist with the drafting of Committee papers.

If you are developing or revising the Terms of Reference for a Committee, please use the Terms of Reference Template. Please email the completed template to mariusz.kurgan@adelaide.edu.au.
