Postgraduate Scholarships

Research Education Workshops

Scholarship and admission application forms for 2007 are now available.  They can be accessed via the Graduate Centre website or in hard copy from the Student Centre or the Graduate Centre.

Over 300 research scholarships will be available for study commencing in 2007.  Information is available on sourcing scholarship opportunities, closing dates, how to apply, the value of awards, eligibility, travel opportunities and much more. 

The minimum qualification for a scholarship in most disciplines at the University if Adelaide is Honours 2A.

Please note that Scholarship applications and referee reports will be accepted until 5:00pm Tuesday 31 October 2006.

The Research Education Programs Unit is in full swing for this semester, with offerings for HDR Students and their Supervisors. The Integrated Bridging Program's Student-Supervisor Workshop is planned for Tuesday, August 29, and the current round of the Effective Supervision Program starts on Friday, August 25.

The workshop program for HDR Students has been finalised.  You are invited to enrol online.

Basic Training in NVIVO2
This software is used for qualitative data analysis. If you think you would benefit from learning how to use it, please enrol online for this workshop.

Seminar Presentation Skills
Places in this popular workshop are limited, so please enrol online soon. You will get the opportunity to put what you've learned into practice in session two, when each student makes a small presentation to the group.

Looking for a form to apply for leave of absence, change your attendance status or advise of your intention to submit?  These forms and all the others you may need during your candidature are available, in alphabetical order, on the Graduate Centre website at:

Our forms are updated regularly, so please ensure you download or obtain the current version.  Old versions of forms may not request all the information needed to process your request and may therefore delay processing or
