2008 Research Student handbook

The 2008 Research Student Handbook is now available on the web at: http://www.adelaide.edu.au/graduatecentre/handbook/

The content of the Handbook is intended to provide an introduction and a guide to studying for a higher degree by research at the University of Adelaide. It is hoped that supervisors, Postgraduate Co-ordinators and Heads of School will also find it a useful resource.

The information detailed in the Handbook is applicable to all currently enrolled research students. However, if any research students who enrolled prior to 2008 consider themselves disadvantaged by any of the policies, procedures or requirements stipulated in the Handbook, they may apply to the Dean of Graduate Studies for dispensation to be treated, as far as possible, in accordance with the policies, procedures or requirements in place in their year of enrolment.

Hard copies of the publication will be forwarded to Postgraduate Co-ordinators shortly for distribution to key staff with responsibility for academic matters and interested research students.

If you would like a hard copy of the Research Student Handbook please put in a request to your Postgraduate Co-ordinator. For your information, the current list of Postgraduate Coordinators is available on the web at: http://www.adelaide.edu.au/graduatecentre/forms/pgcoordinators.pdf (pdf 18kB)
