Forms and Information
To make it easier for you to find what you are looking for, all the AGC's forms and information are grouped into topics and candidature stages.
As you move through your program, click on a stage of candidature or topic of interest to access the documents relevant to you.
As always, completed forms must be printed and physically signed by the appropriate people before delivery to the Adelaide Graduate Centre.
Note. The Legacy AtoZ forms and information is provided to aid staff during the transition period, however this link will be eventually removed. It is recommended you familiarise yourself with the new categories.
