Parchment Replacement and Re-Issue

‘Parchment’ is the word the University uses for your certificate, a legal document that is made available when your degree/award is conferred. Your parchment is an official document which proves that you have a University qualification

If the parchment you are issued with on graduation is lost, missing, destroyed, stolen or damaged, you may apply for a replacement.

f the parchment you are issued with is lost, missing, destroyed, stolen or damaged, you may apply for a replacement. Similarly, if you have changed your name since graduation, you may apply to have your parchment re-issued under your current name, if desired. An administrative fee applies for each parchment replacement and re-issue. The higher fee for the latter service reflects the additional student record tracking, amendments and data matching procedures involved.
