Parchment Replacement and Re-issue

If the parchment you are issued with on graduation is lost, missing, destroyed, stolen or damaged, you may apply for a replacement. Similarly, if you have changed your name since graduation, you may apply to have your parchment re-issued under your current name, if desired. An administrative fee applies to each parchment replacement and re-issue. The higher fee for the latter service reflects the additional student record tracking, amendments and data matching procedures involved.

If you wish to apply for parchment replacement or re-issue, please forward your written request to the Graduations Office, together with the applicable fee.
