Annual Review of Progress

With the exception of students who commence in August, September or October this year, all research students, including those currently on leave of absence, are required to complete the Annual Review of Progress.

It is the students responsibility to ensure that the Annual Review form is submitted to the Graduate Centre by the due date of 31 October.

Please note that students who are not required to complete the Annual Review in 2009 are still required to:

  • Check their personal details on Access Adelaide
  • Renew their student card for 2010
  • Set up email forwarding from their campus email address where necessary.

You may download the Annual Review Package by clicking on the links below. The forms are available in both pdf and editable word versions. You may download the editable word version and fill in on screen then print and sign. If you wish to fill in the form by hand download the pdf version then print. If filling in by hand please print clearly.

Before commencing your annual review, it is important that you download and read the document "Instructions for Completion of the 2009 annual review, reenrolment and scholarship renewal in 2010".
